Maplewood/South Orange Artists Open Studios for Tour

Painters – Sculptors – Ceramicists - Multimedia Artists – Photographers - Jewelers

On Sunday, June 5th Maplewood and South Orange will host the 8th annual Artist's Open Studio Tour. The tour is a tribute to the diversity of art and culture that flourish in the two towns.  The tour is self-guided so you can set your own pace and select the artists who interest you most.  Artists will be in attendance in their studios or local exhibition spaces and will be available to discuss their work.  If you wish to develop or expand your art collection, selected works will be available for purchase. 

As part of the venerable South Orange, Maplewood Artists Studio Tour, The Pierro Gallery will present Preview/Post View, an exhibition celebrating the local artists who annually open their homes and studios to the public each June. The South Orange, Maplewood Artists Studio Tour is scheduled for just one day, Sunday June 5th, but art lovers will get a taste of the tour in advance and be able to revisit it as often as they like for a week after the tour. Over 30 artists are participating in the exhibition.
