Elizabeth Carol Winchester has been exercising her design vocabulary for over fifteen years. She started her career in New York City as a Costumer (wardrobe and prop. Stylist), working with many of the biggest names in fashion, advertising and entertainment. Evolving from the world of fashion, she now focuses her creative energies on Jewelry Design, Encaustic Art, Oil Painting and Photography.

Always curious about the world and inspired by travel, Elizabeth left New York and headed west, where for six years in America’s great Southwest, she immersed herself in the education of the desert landscape and its beauty of volcanic and indigenous evolutions.

For her, the design process is a bridge between the ideals of expression and understanding. Her intent is to provoke thought and discussion in the hope of discovering stronger connections to the world around us and within us.

Elizabeth currently lives, designs and creates in Maplewood, NJ.
